2016 GMC Envoy Release, Redesign and Review

2016 GMC Envoy is a mid-size SUV, this will be another model in this line. Much of the model has been redesigned or updated in recent years. 2016 GMC Envoy will be the third generation.

As we have said, 2016 GMC Envoy probably use the same platform as Trailblazer. However, significant number of mechanical parts will be virtually unique, so there will only be a clone of the mechanical model of some of Chevy. On the other hand, visual appearance will be totally different from any model of Chevrolet, but it will definitely follow the design language that characterizes the new GMC models. Compared to the previous generation, 2016 GMC Envoy will have the longest wheelbase and is equally suitable for both road and off-road car. When it comes to interiors, it is still difficult to imagine how it will be. However, considering that the previous model came in 2002, it is certain that the differences between this and the new 2016 GMC Envoy will be very, very dramatically, both in terms of style and technology.

At this point, we can only speculate on Engines 2016 GMC Envoy. Previous model was used big 5.3 liter V8 (also 4.0 liter V6) but it is hard to believe that the new model will be available in V8 variant. GM will likely use known 3.6 liter V6, which will be released somewhere between 240 and 280 horses. This model will probably be offered in many markets around the world, so there is also the possibility that 2016 Envoy will be offered in diesel version, with a little 'advanced Duramax engine.
